Let’s be honest… starting your fitness journey can be intimidating! Especially if you are new to going to the gym and have no clue how to use the high-end equipment. It can feel uncomfortable to ask how to use a workout machine, and trying a new workout on your own might feel silly. Trust me when I say we’ve all been there. Myself included!
The great thing about working out is you can do it anywhere! At home, at a gym, at the park etc. Over the years, I’ve heard multiple people say that they don’t ‘have the time’ to work out or feel like a home workout isn’t ‘tough enough.’ I get it – life is busy! But a workout doesn’t have to be a grueling 2 hours of hell. Any movement of your body for 30 minutes a day is enough. The important thing to remember is you are trying to better yourself, and that’s all that matters.

A yoga mat is a great fitness tool that can be used infinitely. Again, this two-pack of anti-slip mats is another great tool to keep you comfortable and stable during workouts. We don’t need anyone falling over and hurting themselves during a workout! This product protects your elbows, knees, wrists, and hands. Made from eco-friendly materials, these lightweight foam pads are easily portable and cleaned.
3. Resistance Loop Exercise Bands
Resistance bands are a great fitness accessory! They can be used for general exercise, strength training and stretching. These bands come in a convenient travel case and are color-coded based on resistance strength. Dumbbells are a must-have fitness equipment essential!
