If your skin is like mine, there aren’t many beauty and skincare products you can use without irritating my skin. Not to mention, there are so many different types of products out there that it would take forever to try them all and see how it affects your skin.
No worries because I did the work for you! Like I said, I have super sensitive skin and these products haven’t caused any irritation. All skin is different but hopefully this list helps you find at least one product that works with your skin:
Makeup
Laura Mercier Oil free tinted moisturizer // 1N2 vanille
Tinted moisturizer is the way to go! Foundation always felt cakey and really clogged my pores. I tried tinted moisturizer and I’m never going back! I love the matte finish is nice because then it doesn’t feel oily and like it’s running off all day. Not to mention, it’s also an SPF, so it’s really a win-win situation.
Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Freeze® Styling Wax
It’s been a journey trying to find a brow product that keeps mine in place. Then I tried the Anastasia brow wax and I don’t think I’ll ever find a better product. My old products and methods for keeping my eyebrows in place lasted for maybe 30 minutes, but this one is an all day product. You only need to use a little bit of wax to sculpt and you’re done!
NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer // Madeleine
Once again, you don’t have to use foundation to even out your skin tone! I just dab a little bit of this concealer on the inner corners of my eyes and voilà! It’s really lightweight and spreads like butter on my skin. My favorite thing about this product is how easily blendable it is and how natural it looks. But you be the judge of that!
Fenty Beauty Contour Stick // Truffle
You can’t really go wrong with Fenty Beauty, can you? I’ve always struggled to find a contour that complimented my skin and I would bounce from product to product. Until now. I use a foundation brush to blend it and I love the subtle shadow it gives to my cheekbones. Believe me when I tell you, I’ve been looking for a good cream contour for a long time!
NYX Sweet Cheeks Soft Cheek Tint Blush Mousse // Bombshell
I never really used blush mousse before this product and now I know I’ve been missing out. It has a good, lightweight feel to it and it’s really pigmented, so you don’t have to use a lot for it to be noticeable. Seriously, I use barely a drop on a blending brush and it’s perfect.
Iconic London Illuminator Liquid Highlight // Original
The glow! This highlighter looks so natural and it doesn’t streak at all! Like the blush I mentioned, you really only need a drop to give you a beautiful, natural glow finish. I’ve used liquid highlighters in the past, but this one is by far my favorite.
Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder // Translucent
Another Laura Mercier product because they just don’t miss. I love a good loose powder, but they can be kind of heavy on my skin sometimes. No this one though. It’s really lightweight and soft on my skin and it doesn’t flake off or feel oily throughout the day. I usually just lightly brush it over my concealer and I’m good for hours.
Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray
This is the only setting spray you’ll ever need. My makeup stays on all day without sliding. The best part is it dries quickly but leaves a glowy finish without looking oily. This setting spray is and will always be a staple in my makeup bag.
My Skincare Routine
TULA #nomakeup Replenishing Cleansing Oil
If I’m wearing makeup, I start my routine by removing it with Tula’s replenishing cleansing oil. I like this one because all you need is two pumps on dry skin and it’s enough to clean my face. How much you use would probably depend on the coverage of your makeup but just for reference. 😉
TULA Purifying Face Cleanser
Now, we move into the Tula purifying face cleanser. There’s a reason they call this one the cult classic. It’s my all time favorite skincare product because it leaves my skin feeling fresher and cleaner than any other cleanser I’ve used. It’s also great for dry skin, oily skin, acne-prone skin combination skin, etc. I definitely recommend adding this cleanser, if anything, to your routine.
TULA Pro-glycolic® 10% Resurfacing Treatment Toner
Balance those pH levels! I love this toner because it’s an amazing exfoliator, but it isn’t too intense. Just grab a cotton pad and evenly apply about two pumps on your face. It can help your skin absorb the rest of your skincare products and my skin feels so hydrated and smooth afterwards!
TULA Brightening Vitamin C Antioxidant Brightening Moisturizer
Like most skincare products, moisturizers can really weigh down your skin. Not Tula’s vitamin C antioxidant moisturizer though! It’s kind of a mix between a gel and a cream. Regardless, it’s the perfect texture. It’s great for uneven skin tones and brightens and hydrates my entire face.
TULA Refreshing & Brightening Face Mist
This face mist is a must for your everyday routine! I usually put it on before my makeup, but it’s something I use everyday regardless of whether or not I wear makeup. It also protects against the effects of blue light and pollutants, so it’s a great product to add into your everyday routine.
